Private Yoga 1:1 Sessions
Working with students in a one-on-one setting is my favourite way to connect. The intimacy of these sessions facilitates deep relationship. With a teachers’ one-on-one attention, students’ experience growth in a way they simply can’t get from a studio class.

Zenthai Shiatsu 1:1 Sessions
Zenthai Shiatsu is a therapeutic bodywork that blends traditional Thai massage, Zen Shiatsu and Osteopathic techniques with focused intention and deep listening at its core. Zenthai is a heart-fuelled practice; it frees your body and mind of fixated patterns. They call it ‘lazy man’s Yoga’; simply lie down, let go and receive.

Corporate Yoga lessons
Yoga is a mind-body practice that integrates physical activity, focused attention and conscious breathing. Running regular Yoga classes for your team or office is a great way to support your people on their path to total wellbeing; it will give them the tools they need to better notice, understand and manage their stress levels and emotions.
When we make time for ourselves to slow down, to tune-in and to practice self-enquiry we create the space necessary to see where we’ve become stuck.
We start to realise our original nature - the part of us that preceded any roles, responsibilities, opinions and beliefs.
As we continue to embody these practices with devotion and loving curiosity, we begin to cultivate an inner-harmony and Healing takes place.
I hope to empower my students to live fully; to listen, to question and to love.

Public Classes & Yoga Studios
You can now find me weekly at Good Vibes Yoga in Collingwood and Northcote and Warrior One in Brighton.
It’s suggested that you book your spot in advance of attending the studio to ensure you get a space.
In addition to studio classes I’ll be focusing on delivering Yoga and bespoke Wellness programs to workplaces and working with individuals in a 1:1 setting with Private Yoga lessons and Zenthai Shiatsu bodywork.
