FAQs

What offerings are available? Yoga classes (Vinyasa, Hatha, Chill-flow or Yin); Mindfulness & Meditation; Breathwork; Zenthai Shiatsu treatments. 

How long are sessions? Regular classes are typically between 45-90 minutes long. For one-off events/workshops they might run up to 3 hours in length depending on the content. 

Where do you offer these? Melbourne CBD and surrounding suburbs. 

What’s needed? A space enough to fit your team in; a boardroom or meeting room. BYO Yoga mats. That’s it! 

What’s the best time of day to do this? Lunch-time sessions are a great way to break the day up. Morning before work and late afternoon/early evenings are also do-able.
