Spring Awakening Yoga Retreat
A 3-night, 4-day retreat immersion this October
WHEN: Thursday, October 24th - Sunday, October 27th
WHERE: Wisemans Ferry, just 90-minutes from Sydney.
We are so excited to create a space together exploring the things we love most; Connection, Community and experiencing Joy.
That’s what this weekend retreat is in devotion to.
Through practice, play, stories and sharing we will cultivate connection to ourselves, to each other and to the living world around us. With twice-daily Yoga (Yang and Yin), breath-work, stillness and guided meditations you’ll be lovingly ushered to meet yourself fully. From that place, you get to fully meet each other. We’ll explore the cycles of Nature and our inter-connectedness with the living-world through the lens of Zenthai Shiatsu, based on Elemental Theory and Yin & Yang principals.
We will nourish and satiate all the layers of our experience - soul, spirit, body, mind and (most importantly) belly. Each day we’ll have three plant-based meals lovingly prepared for us by the most heart-fuelled and joyful guy going around, Jeevi at ‘The Laughing chef’.
There will be ample time and spaciousness over our three-days together for you to find deep rest. Take a solo bush-walk on one of the property’s private tracks; soak up a good book on the day bed; have a soak in the hydrotherapy spa or dunk in the pool; receive a massage; sit by the fire and watch the world go by… Nestled in the green valley between the Yengo Mountains and the McDonald River, this is a place for you to soften into rest and return to joy.
OUR INTENTION FOR THIS RETREAT
This retreat is designed to give you the space needed to slow down, awaken your senses and replenish your spirit.
Spring is the season of rebirth, growth and expansion. Carve out some time for you to channel Spring energy; reconnect and re-discover what lights you up and feel the ripple effects of this retreat experience touch every corner of your life.
We hope to create a space and experience for you to dive into the mystery and magnificence of your full self. Through inquiry and contemplation, we’ll bring light to the hidden corridors of our unique expression, honouring all of it along the way.
Through Yogic discourse and exploring the nature based principals of Zenthai Shiatsu we return to the remembering that we each belong to something much greater than ourselves. We’ll celebrate both our shared humanity and the collective tapestry to which we all belong, our unity.
Our promise is to fan the flames of Joy and hold the space for you to lovingly find your thresholds - the edges of your experience - and to meet that place with a warm smile and gentle embrace.
A DAY ON RETREAT
One of the best parts about retreat immersions is the complete separation from our day-to-day lives. By removing ourselves from our routines, roles and responsibilties we slip into a kind of spacious-timelessness.
This is the true medicine; the space. It allows us to see where we are running on autopilot; where we’ve become rigid and stuck; what we need to let go of, in order to make space for what demands our attention and sets our soul on fire.
With that, our days on retreat will be spacious.
Mornings will start with a juicy, 2.5hr Vinyasa practice, including breath-work and stillness, designed for all bodies and practitioners.
We’ll nourish with a hearty, wholesome plant-based brunch and free-time in the bush, the spa, the pool - whatever your heart desires.
A light-lunch will be provided early arvo before afternoon offerings (some things must be kept a mystery ✨).
Early evening we’ll gather again for a Yin & Yoga Nidra cocoon. We’ll close our days together with communal dinner, dessert and fire-side yarns and laughs.
PRICING OPTIONS
Rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We will always do our best to accommodate your preference. If you’re coming with a beloved or a friend and you’d love to room together, let us know. Prices listed below are per person and early bird prices are available till July 31.
Twin-Share Room - $1,250 Early Bird*

These rooms are spacious with two single beds; access to shared bathroom in the main house.
Glamping Tent for two people - $1,150 Early Bird*
($1,250 from August 1)
These luxury bell tents have two single beds with electricity, heating and wifi. Shared bathroom in the Yoga Hall is just a short walk away.
Shared Room for 5 people with ensuite - $1,150 Early Bird*
($1,250 from August 1)
This spacious room has five single beds and a private bathroom; additional bathrooms in the main house.
Solo Bedroom with private Ensuite - $1,850
Private room with King bed and ensuite. Only one available.
