Private Yoga Lessons

Yoga is a spiritual practice and personal journey. There are infinite reasons why people begin Yoga.

They range from improving sleep, stress and mobility to ‘my doctor told me to start Yoga’. 

While Yoga is for every body it’s not a ‘one size fits all’ practice, though it can seem that way when you step into a Yoga studio. 

Private sessions are designed for you.

Instead of pushing or imposing things upon your body, we adapt to what is present for you on the day in order to free-up the flow of energy. 

One-on-one sessions will set you up to maintain your own safe, consistent and well-informed practice.

Sessions can include:

  • Yoga & Meditation

    One-on-one sessions are a great way for beginners to develop sustainable movement patterns; for seasoned practitioners to level-up or refine their practice and for any one who’s on the path seeking to go deeper into Yogic philosophy and living Yoga off the mat.

  • Breathwork

    Your breath is your most undervalued and overlooked resource you have. It directly affects your Nervous System which in turn affects how you perceive your reality and how you feel.

    Depending on the technique practiced, breathwork can help to reduce stress, improve your immunity and give you access to greater clarity, vitality and inner-peace.

  • Somatic Experiencing & Embodiment

    A guided sensory experience to drop you from thinking-mind into the sensing, feeling, instinctual body. Sometimes this begins with conversation; exploring what is most alive for you at that point in time. Practices can include movement, sounding, touch, visualisation and meditation.
